A 56 MB update for 5 adding just 5 words (KB955020)

Here is another funny act from the Redmond Giant, Microsoft. It came with a update for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 (KB955020) on July 7th that adds 5 new words "Friendster," "Klum," "Nazr," "Obama," and "Racicot" to the dictionary. However the size of the update file is 56.4 MB and update wizard shows it as a 'important' update. The reason behind this big filesize is that the user is actually getting his whle dictionary replaced instead of patching it to add the 5 words. The knowledge base article is here and the download page is here

you may have to restart your computer.
(And on Windows Vista, "may have to restart" means "must restart".)
Windows has come a long way, sometimes you can update things like graphics and network drivers without having to reboot, but then for every example of that there is a counterexample of something stupid such as this.
