Newbie: Add an item to the Send To menu
After following this tutorial, you will be able to save a copy of the files, to a specific folder on your computer.
To add a new item(folder) to the Send To menu:
1. Type the following command in Run:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\SendTo
(Assuming Administrator as the User Name)
2. Click the File menu, click New, and then click Shortcut.
3. The Create Shortcut Wizard appears. Click the Browse button.
4. In the Browse For Folder dialog box, click the folder you want to add to your Send To menu, and then click OK.
5. Clcik Next and then Finish.
Now, when you right-click a file and click Send To, the destination you selected will be an option on the Send To menu.
Note Bana: You can create shortcuts to local or network programs, files, folders, computers, or Internet addresses also.
