Cool pdf is the world's smallest pdf reader. Having a filesize of just 628 kilobytes, this windows application does much more than what you expect.
Though it is primarily a pdf viewer, you can convert those pdf files into bmp,jpg,gif and png image formats and also into a text file (.txt) . This light-weight pdf viewer is must-have application for your pendrive.

Foxit PDF reader is a similar
Foxit PDF reader is a similar one but somewhat larger than this - 6.5 MB that's it. Also it needs no installation. Though they present you with an installer, it just creates shortcuts and menu access to the EXE file. So you can carry the EXE in pen drive and run it anywhere.
It also has some extra features about which I forgot. Check Foxit's Offical Site (Do Google Search)
